I was born in Virginia and raised in beautiful Montana state. I grew up exploring the mountains, forests, rivers and open landscapes of my home state which led to a deep appreciation of the abundant beauty in our world. I now live in Portland, OR with my husband and dog.

I've always expressed myself creatively and have explored various mediums such as photography, sewing, fiber arts & metalsmithing. I started painting with watercolors during the pandemic and never looked back. I love the looseness, unpredictability and expressiveness of watercolors. I later added in acrylics, pastels, and other mixed media elements to explore deeper tones, textures and complex subjects.

Moody landscapes, unique portraits, and expressive botanicals & animals are my jam. I draw inspiration from simple everyday moments of beauty, designs, patterns and nostalgia.
